SafetyNet4Kids is committed to making sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase.
If for any reason, your FamilyGuard USB Keychain stops working within the first 60 days after receipt, we will replace it for you at no charge. Personalized items such as the Medical Waiver Card are not returnable for any reason.
Customers must request a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) by e-mailing returns@safetynet4kids.com and providing us with their SafetyNet4Kids ID#.
