This seems like a great product - I feel much safer knowing I have all of this information so close at hand.

Thank you so much! … I will make updating a priority this weekend!

i love your product and talk about it everywhere I go. In fact, I used the cards as ID's for my kids when we travelled. The TSA agents were very impressed with the professional looking cards.

Letter from the Founder

clock October 7, 2008 05:23 by author Katharine Francis

SafetyNet4kids began in 2003 out of my need as a mother to protect my own children. My 8-year-old son disappeared from my side at a county fair. I quickly sought the help of the on-duty police officers to help me find him. The officers asked so many questions that I could not answer given my panic stricken state – I just wanted them to find him! Although he was only gone 15 minutes, it seemed like an eternity - especially with the mounting frustration that I was not prepared for this situation. I did not have all of my son’s information readily available that was needed to help in the search.

With an 11-year background in technology, I was sure I could purchase a high-tech solution to be better prepared should I be faced with this situation again. After much research and to my surprise, the only thing available at that time for parents was a laminated ID card with a picture. Certainly not what the police were looking for when my son was missing.

I consulted with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the FBI to see what information is most helpful in the recovery of a missing child. During my discussions with these agencies, I became increasingly troubled by the number of missing, abducted, and abused children in our country. I was frustrated because there did not seem to be a solution available designed specifically to truly help, protect, and recover missing children at the time of the crisis.

So my crusade began. I would develop a product myself that would better protect and increase the chances of safely recovering a missing children. SafetyNet4Kids was born – and we developed a state-of-the-art child safety solution that provides law enforcement with the information they need immediately when a child is missing in a format that is compatible with their systems.

Today, SafetyNet4kids has provided our products to over 15,000 parents; helping to give each family a better peace of mind. Our success would not have been possible without the guidance by God and the unwavering support of my husband and children.

Thank you for choosing us to help protect your children. We promise to always strive to deliver state-of the art products in Child Safety with the intent of empowering each parent with information and resources they need if your child were to get injured or go missing.
